Robert A. Moyer

Dr. Robert A. Moyer was born in Ashland, Pennsylvania and worked for several years as a medical technologist after receiving a Biologic Science Medical Technology degree with high honors from the University of Scranton. He subsequently received a Masters degree in Clinical Microbiology from Thomas Jefferson University where he was awarded the Jane Stipcevich research award. He later attended Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed an Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Rheumatology at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, PA in 1989. He has been in private practice in Delaware since then and started the Osteoporosis Resource Center of Dover in 1997 and established Infusion Solutions of Delaware, LLC with Christopher Miller, RN in 2006. He is former chairman of the Medicine and Scientific Committee for the Arthritis Foundation of Delaware, prior chairman of the education and library committee at Bayhealth Medical Center and is the author of many scientific articles. Named one of “Delaware’s Top 100 Docs” on multiple occasions, Dr. Moyer is past President of the Dover Symphony Orchestra and a fellow in the American College of Physicians. He serves on the advisor board of Opera Delaware.
